Rogue: The Western is a film about an African American saloon girl in 1870’s New Mexico who plots her escape from her devious employer. A significant portion of the film was shot right here at Oceanside Sanctuary. Now the 18-minute short film is playing at the Oceanside Film Festival on Friday, February 25th from 5:30 to 7:00pm at the Sunshine Brooks Theater. We’re organizing a group to go and will attend the talk back after.
