Do you believe in limiting unnecessary use of force amongst police officers within our community? If so, your attendance is needed on November 9th at 6:30pm at a community action meeting with Oceanside Chief of Police Fred Armijo and his three Captains to discuss the urgent need for a mandatory de-escalation policy within the department.

This meeting is hosted by the Live Free Oceanside team, in partnership with St. John Church, St. Thomas More Church, as well as the San Diego Organizing Project. It is a public meeting, and we encourage you to invite fellow community members who want to advocate for more equitable policing.
