March is Women’s History Month, and Oceanside Sanctuary is inviting you to share stories about the women in your lives who have inspired, encouraged, and positively impacted your life.
You can submit these stories in video, audio, or written form to alex@oceansidesanctuary.org
At the end of the month we’ll compile the submissions into a presentation to share with the congregation.
Basic steps on how to record a video :
1. Shoot with the back-facing camera of your phone (not selfie-style) in a horizontal format (wide).
2. Have good lighting on your face.
3. Have clear audio where there is not a lot of distracting noise.
4. Have your mid-waist to the top of your head (with some room above) in the frame.
5. Look directly into the camera lens and bring the kind of energy that you want them to feel.
How to send video us the video:
1. Prefered method: Deliver the video to Alex by typing in www.wetransfer.com into your phone's internet browser. You DO NOT need to download an app.
-Add your file there and send to "alex@oceansidesanctuary.org"
-Confirm the video sent, and you're finished!
