Get Grounded In Volunteering

Hello, dear members of our church community!

As we continue to grow and thrive together, we're excited to extend an invitation to all of you to join us in serving our congregation and community in various capacities. Volunteering is not just an act of service, but also a wonderful opportunity to connect with one another and spread the love and warmth that define our church family.

👧👦 Kids and Youth Team: Our kids and youth programs are all growing thanks to the incredible support of our OSC community! We are in need of volunteers to help care for and guide our babies, toddlers, elementary, and middle schoolers on Sunday mornings. Volunteers typically serve once a month and work with another volunteer to lead kids in a craft or activity after they are released from the sanctuary. Email claire@oceansidesanctuary.org if you are interested!

🍽️ Hospitality and Welcome Team: We believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and embraced. If you have a knack for making others feel at home, consider joining our Hospitality and Welcome Team. From greeting newcomers to assisting with refreshments, your warm smile can make all the difference.

🛡️ Safety Team: Ensuring the safety and security of our church community is of utmost importance to us. If you have a background in security or simply a commitment to keeping our congregation safe, we invite you to join our Safety Team. From monitoring entrances to responding to emergencies, your vigilance is invaluable.

No matter your skills or availability, there's a place for you to serve and make a meaningful impact. Volunteering is not only an opportunity to give back but also a chance to grow personally and spiritually as you connect with others and share in the joy of serving.

If you're interested in volunteering for any of these teams or would like more information, please don't hesitate to reach out to gianna@oceansidesanctuary.org or submit the form below. Together, let's continue to spread love, kindness, and grace within our church and beyond.

Thank you for considering this call to serve. We look forward to welcoming you to our volunteer teams!

Giving up something can be a great way to keep Christ’s death and resurrection on our minds until Easter and bring richness to our year. However, with a finite amount of time in our day, sometimes adding a spiritual practice
